I know I am not a Constitutional attorney, nor even a law student but the Constitution, and many parts of our founding declarations describe three major parts of our Constitutional Republic. The Legislative, Judicial, and Executive.
The law of the land for 234 years now is that judges are elected or appointed to sit on a bench. There are County Courts, US District Courts, Court of Appeals and the US Supreme court… When did I miss the voting of American citizens to approve the “FTC Court”? Pardon me for laughing but this is ludicrous.
A bench of law as set forth under jurisprudence and a trial is to be set forth under the guidelines of the US Constitution and Habeas Corpus and the bill of rights and nowhere have I ever seen where it says a branch of government can under its own choosing and power institute a bench of its own and set forth its own guidelines. I just read the order for the first time tonight. How is this travesty of justice and mocker of the US Constitution even being allowed to happen???
This is roughly the equivalent of the Department of Motor vehicles starting their own trial system and appointing their own judge and court system and saying if you don’t smile to our liking our unconstitutionally appointed judge (appointed by us not the president or the people of the United States) is going to send you to jail. What day did I fall asleep and what Orwellian nightmare have we woken up to?
